PlanSynQ is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
New accounts include 3 free comparisons with no credit card required. After your 3 free comparisons you will be prompted to subscribe at $298/month to continue using PlanSynQ.
You can cancel anytime from your account page via Manage Subscription. You keep full access through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after canceling.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were billed in error, email support@mybuildkit.com — we review every request.
Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.
PlanSynQ generates drawing comparison reports from visual analysis of uploaded construction documents. It does not interpret contract obligations, confirm design intent, or make engineering determinations. All comparisons should be verified against official project documents before any action is taken. Users remain fully responsible for any decisions made based on this report.
