PlanSynQ collects your email address and account information when you sign up. We collect uploaded drawing files temporarily to generate comparison reports.
Your email is used to deliver comparison reports and send account-related communications. Uploaded files are processed to generate your comparison report and deleted immediately after delivery. We do not store, archive, or analyze your drawing files after the report is delivered.

Account information (name, email, company, role) is retained while your account is active. Uploaded drawing files are deleted after each comparison report is delivered. We do not maintain a drawing file archive.
